Dropping Off

More than two thirds of Brits struggle to get a good night's sleep, because of work worries, after a survey revealed that 69% of adults had problems at work, making it difficult to sleep.  Half blamed the lingering recession and gloomy predictions for the next 12 months.

Heavy workload emerged as one of the main reasons for restless nights with an anxious 19% saying they struggle with their sleep when they have a particularly problematic task ahead of them.  The survey also found one in three dream about work at least twice a week, with Sundays the most common occasion.

Not a problem I have to face.  :o)
