The Food is Not Too Hot

In all senses of the word.

I have yet to understand why people say the Sri Lankan cuisine is one of the best in the world (as they do with Malaysia; that too is sadly lacking) as it comes out usually cold, bland and well under spiced/seasoned.

It is cheap though- I just had rice with five different veggie curries for little over 50 pence.  It was still cold. mind...
