Applications have changed for our Indian visas and it is mandatory to complete them on line. Which is hilarious as the on-line forms are awful and you can't fill them in properly. It doesn't recognise UK postal codes, we can't link the applications together, numbers don't fit and you have to save, exit and re-sign in every 10 minutes with a 13 digit reference number and word verification (those tediously annoying captchas).
Poor wifey's wasted all afternoon on the damn things and so far has only managed to get one done and part way through t'other. She wasn't a happy bunny last night.
