When making certain transactions on line with the Nationwide, we have to confirm them using a card reader. It's an added security measure and works rather well- until the batteries run out. But, Ican't complain as this set must have lasted well over three years.
A new one has been ordered which gives us the headache on how to get it over to us in Thailand, but having got the back off, it seems a simple task to buy new batteries. Fingers crossed it works out, it will make life a whole load easier.
