Opening Up a New Restaurant

If I were to consider where to open up a diner or scoff house (and not some bollocks. stuck up TV chef with inflated prices) I'd find the swankiest hotel in the area and set up shop opposite.

I could then coin it in as disgruntled guest would stream into my establishment as I would charge fair prices for good food and not the usual 500% mark up these bastards charge.

I'd offer free wi-fi too. Some big hotels charge in excess of twenty five sovs an hour. Why are they allowed to do get away with this?
