The big gaping hole of Indonesian Borneo we hope to plug next year (pale green area)- we have to go back to Indonesia anyway as our postcards never made it back from Bali.
Bangladesh (unmarked yellow area, top LHS next to Myanmar) we'll try and squeeze in too- perhaps a long weekend with a cheapy offer from Air Asia?
