Had a word with Reception about their insistent need to keep playing piped music throughout the hotel and was assured the policy is to switch it off at 22:00. I'm more than happy with that, until I had to call down at 22:45 and enquire why the music was still looping?
A quick "sorry" and seconds later peace had returned.
I am more than happy to remind them of their own policy, every night if need be, but surely I can't be the only one who finds this intrusive and unnecessary? Am I really the sole complainer? It won't be the first time for that, I suppose. :o)
