One of the girls downstairs is having a baby in the next few days (in fact, she's going to be in the same hospital we're going to in Sunday for wifey's hand so we may even pop in) and we wanted to get her a little present.
Carrefour is currently having a sale and among the bargains is a huge sell off of baby clothes and items, so we picked up a box set of 15 baby items, all nicely presented for the price tag of THB 350. Even better was that we went to the check out, it only came THB 300 for some reason (that happens a lot, the prices usually drop for some kind of further discount when it's time to pay).
Imagine that, a Disney Winnie the Pooh gift set of clothes and stuff for just six quid? Even when Woolworths was around that would be at least three times that amount. I'm sure the mother to be will love it.
