Clearly India has a huge population and a massive labour force but they sure know how to make jobs for jobs' sakes.
I lost count of the number of people that had the job description of ticket/passport checker. Quite literally dozens and they are in teams, so one person is always accompanied by another who does bugger all.
Perhaps they work in shifts?
