Eye for a Deal

The average woman in Britain will spend eight months of her life bargain-hunting, it has been found.  The study found the typical woman will wander around stores rifling through racks of clothes for 20 minutes on each shopping trip.  And with most women making a trip to the shops eight times a month, that's two hours and 40 minutes spent looking for that perfect item of cut-price clothing.

It also emerged they head out on three supermarket shops a week and dedicate 13 minutes checking out offers such as two-for-one deals and another 23 minutes a week is spent browsing the internet for bargains.

With prices to go up very soon, I suspect many more will be bargain hunting this year.
