Bunking Off

Did you go into work yesterday?  Apparently it was National Sickie Day and an estimated 375 000 British workers took the day off, costing the economy £32 million.

"Experts" claim low staff morale, poor weather and the flu outbreak have all combined at the same time making many people want to stay at home, and seemingly, there's never been a easier time to call in sick, because many managers are willing to accept "reasons" via a text message or email.
