We took some more cash out yesterday and while doing so, checked when our cards need renewing. Mine runs out in April and wifey's in June. Fortunately we don't use our UK bank in Thailand as we have a local bank account and while we're in Cambodia, we can use wifey's.
The only problem is back in the UK as we need sterling to get back from the airport to my parents in Leigh. It seems we may have to buy currency before we fly back to England to get us through before we can collect our new cards. Isn't that ironic?
Oh, and we are now getting INR 73 to the pound. As they say, "every little helps"...
