Overall

We're doing OK with our budget and managing to keep costs low by eating in local laces and walking around a lot.  Accommodation accounts for the biggest expense but if we stay on or under the INR 1 500/night, we can manage easily enough.  It's also worth noting that generally, India seems to be about a third cheaper compared to Thailand/Bangkok.

Medical supplies are most certainly far, far cheaper and I'm hoping that, if they work as well, I will be filling what little space I have left in my bag with pantaprozole to take back with me.
