Britain's biggest off-the-peg suit has gone on sale on the High Street, an XXXXL outfit boasting a hefty 64 inch chest jacket and 60 inch waist trousers.  The clown suit reflects a growing demand for the sort of sizes previously only available to order through specialists and health experts say its introduction on the High Street is evidence of the severity of Britain's obesity epidemic, which is estimated to cost the NHS £4.2 billion a year.
