Bare Foot Shuffle

I can't recall ever seeing so many people walking around without footwear.  People of all ages, kids, older generations, male, female hundreds of people juts barefoot and not appearing to be phased or uncomfortable by it.

I wonder if they would choose to wear even flappers if they were given them as it must be second nature now.
