Due to the vast amount of animals wandering around the streets unchecked it's more than a common sight to see dead ones lying around in the gutters and roads.
Top of the list are crows (it is so odd to see the entire coastline dominated by crows as opposed to seagulls (aren't they much the same anyway but just in white?) and then rats, who are rife around here too.
Still waiting to see a dead cow though and it's true, there are definitely bovine pedestrians roaming along the roads causing yet more traffic chaos as cars, bikes and other motorised vehicles try to swerve past them
