Just a note to remember that America, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean all use lower voltage electricity at 120 V as opposed to the proper stuff of 220-240 V found all around the globe. While most newer electrical items are dual-voltage (check to see if they display the wording "100~240V" on the device) you may need to take a voltage converter with you on your travels.
