Cruise Control

Britons took more than 1.6 million cruising holidays in 2010, an increase of 6% on the previous year.  The Mediterranean remains the most popular destination, accounting for 43% of holidays, followed by northern Europe with 18%.  Sales of cruises departing from British ports rose by 10%.

Have to say it was great fun and the cheapest way to see Australia, so if you can pick up a good deal, go for it.  It's worth it just for the food.  :o)
