On the Move Surfing

Transport chiefs are pushing ahead with ambitious plans to enable wi-fi access at Tube stations and even bus stops.  They have asked firms to bid to build the system, which it is hoped will be in place on parts of the network in time for the Olympics.

It follows a successful trial at Charing Cross and Transport for London (TfL) now hopes to add wi-fi at 120 stations by June next year.

Good show, free wi-fi is what we all want and the sooner the better.
