We're quite happy with the local Myanmar brew which is around Ks 1 300 for a 660 ml 5% bottle in most bars (read street joint). In the local supermarket, they are selling the big brother of this pleasant beer, the Myanmar Double. It will set you back around the same (under a quid a pop) but it must have a kick like Jet Li- it's a hefty 9.9%.
I think I'd like to try one, but I understand the medical facilities are not that favourable...
