The black market money lenders, who can be found on all the main corner streets, are very pushy and will happily walk along with you asking the same questions in the chance of striking up conversation and then giving their spiel of offering to buy your dollars for local currency. Where are you from? Where are you staying? How long are you staying? Blah, blah, blah.
No, we don't want any money, you asked me this an hour ago so if I said "no" then, why would the answer be any different this time? Kindly bugger off and stop pestering us.
Another unpleasantness is spitting in the streets which occurs a lot and is highly audible too. Very similar to China and just as off putting. Still, it's their country and we have to play by their rules.
