Monster Blow Out

Walking back from the supermarket (rather well stocked and fair prices) we spotted an Indian restaurant.  Well, not quite restaurant but little eating shack, but it had people in it and so we wandered in and asked for a menu.

We were immediately taken to a table and as we were deciding what to eat from the rather restricted offering, the chap just pointed to the chicken curry and it seemed that was all they had.  Wifey asked for the fish and he nodded and within minutes we had steaming hot bean and lentil soup, a dozen poppadoms, mango pickle, two vegetable curries, one chicken, one fish, two huge plates of rice and a big bottle of water.

The mains were cold but still tasted good (the fish was exceptional) and I couldn't finish all of mine as there was too much, but we ate very well and then asked to pay.  Ks 3 500 for the lot.  Yes, about two pounds fifty.  Blinding.
