And Just to Prove It

This is what we paid to get to India.  For two people, with one bag (we only travel with hand luggage but always check in one bag in case of emergency; at a cost of £15 it's worth it) and allowing us to pick our own seats.  No food or drink, we take our own.

NOTE:  The pound was stronger back in October but I can't be bothered to go back and check the exact cost at the time.
