I'm all for added security when it comes to on-line banking and find the Nationwide has a far more sensible approach than those tossers at Shitander who assume everyone owns a mobile phone- our bank issues everyone with a card reader for the extra layer of defence.
However, at the end of the month, like everyone else, we have to pay off a few bills and it doe become a chore to have to use the reader each and every time you log on and then for each individual payment. I've just knocked out six and it's taken forever.
Surely there has to be a quicker, more user friendly method? And no, we can't use a DD or standing order as payments change each month.
