Thankfully

Despite my grousing about the payment methods of our bank, it was still good to finally get all of our payments in.  The bank holidays have played havoc with electronic transfers; something I have never understood.  Why are we still being told by banks that we must deal with working days?  Everything is computerised nowadays, so cut the bull and start to be more open and modern.

Isn't it time a day is now a day and this outdated "working day" nonsense is consigned to the bin?  (Check out the number of times "day" was used in that sentence- awesome.)
