Firefox 4.0

I am utterly pleased with the latest version bar two niggles.

(a)  The refresh button is titchy and hard to locate when pages are loading
(b)  When opening a new tab, the cursor defaults to the web address box and not to a combined search box, meaning that , ctrl C, ctrl N, ctrl V doesn't launch an instant search.

Please sort this out.  Ta.
