Gmail Overload

With Gmail you get a limit of 7 567 MB of storage space, which ordinarily is ample for one's email requirements.  Recently I've noticed that our space had been severely reduced (well into 60% full) and rapidly climbing and so it was time to do a bit of Housekeeping.

It seemed the problem was emails with attachments and so using the search facility, I went back and deleted all the old attachments.  It took a fair while but it's been worth it.  Our available space is now down to just 1%.

Check out yours and if need be, chuck out all your old emails with huge attachments.
