Effortless Check-In

Although the queues are noticeably longer at the Air Asia desks as popularity increases.  Despite using the automated booths to print off our boarding cards, one still has to queue to get the paperwork checked, so what's the point?

They've simply moved one huge queue to two large ones.  To be effective, they really need to introduce a "hand luggage only" check-in, but that is just the start.  Queuing is perhaps the most tedious of aspects of modern day flying and AA have not sorted this out yet.

Mind you, their new on-line service is also poor as it doesn't permit us to book multiple flights without locking out our credit card.  Another woeful failure, sadly.

It's a pity they ignore any kind of email one sends in as this would at least ease the concerns but as yet, another key area for improvement.
