An 18 year old quadriplegic Northampton Town fan invaded the pitch in celebration of his team scoring against Rotherham and coming back from 2-0 down to get a much-needed draw. He said it's all a "bit of a blur" but that he'd made a bet with a pal about racing onto the pitch.
Fans cheered as he was chased across the turf by (albeit reluctant) security staff and a spokesman for the club said he would not be prosecuted for his pitch invasion. Good to see everyone getting in on the act.
