Again, we plug them frequently and with good reason. By far the best airline we have had the pleasure to use, Air Asia are not only the best value but also offer punctuality, good service and rather hot stewardesses.
In the past year I can only recall one serious delay (coming out of Australia) but without prompt, they offered us food and drink vouchers, free use of mobile phones to contact people to advise of later arrivals and we also got bumped onto the last flight out of KL to Bangkok.
I just wish they did "air miles" and I'd love to know just how far we've flown with them since we first arrived in Asia.
